Terms & Conditions — java9 Platform Rules

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the java9 website accessible at java9.io and all associated services, pages, and features operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on java9 following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account by java9 pursuant to an active promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of eligible bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age, and address verification checks conducted by java9.
• "Supported Payment Method" means any deposit and withdrawal channel currently accepted by java9, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency used on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on java9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the java9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on java9, including cricket betting, live casino games, slots, card games, crash games, and any other gaming or wagering products made available on the Platform from time to time.

java9 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, java9 will provide advance notice via on-platform notification, registered email, or a prominent notice on the homepage. Your continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes binding acceptance of the amended terms.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Use of the java9 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is a hard minimum — no exceptions apply. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. java9 will conduct age verification checks and may request supporting documentation, including a copy of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID, at any stage of your relationship with the Platform.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

java9 operates as an internationally licensed online gambling platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using java9 is lawful in the jurisdiction in which they are located at the time of access. java9 does not warrant that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you must not use java9.

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to hold an Account on java9:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of java9 or any affiliate entity, and their immediate family members.
• Persons who have been self-excluded from java9 or who are subject to a voluntary or mandatory exclusion order.
• Persons accessing the Platform in breach of applicable law in their jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money betting and gaming on java9, you must create an Account by completing the registration process in full and accurately. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one Account on java9. Registering or operating more than one Account — whether under the same name, device, payment method, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, java9 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void any bets or winnings generated from them, and retain any remaining balance pending investigation.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

java9 may require Players to complete KYC verification at any stage, including prior to the first withdrawal. Verification documents may include, without limitation: a valid national identity card, passport, driver's licence, utility bill, or bank statement issued within the past three months. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by java9 may result in Account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. java9 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify java9 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

java9 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. java9 does not guarantee the permanent availability of any single payment method and accepts no liability for losses arising from the temporary unavailability of a payment channel.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on java9 is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though java9 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming or security purposes. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on bonus-derived funds. Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within 24 to 72 hours of approval. java9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your financial service provider.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on java9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Currency conversion charges applied by your payment provider are outside the control of java9 and are your sole responsibility.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

java9 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with internationally accepted standards. Any deposit made to a java9 Account must originate from a source of funds that is lawfully owned by the Account holder. java9 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time. Accounts suspected of facilitating money laundering will be suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on java9 are subject to specific terms set out in the relevant promotion description, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and eligible games will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

java9 takes bonus integrity seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to neutralise wagering requirements (arbitrage or matched betting), using automated tools to complete wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. java9 reserves the right to void bonus funds, remove associated winnings, and terminate accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used or wagered within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will be automatically removed from your Account without notice. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All games available on java9 — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and card games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams audited by independent testing agencies. java9 does not manipulate game outcomes beyond the standard published return-to-player (RTP) rates for each title.

7.2 Bet Settlement

Bets placed on java9 are settled in accordance with the rules applicable to each individual market or game as displayed on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of java9's trading team is final, subject to the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 11.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games on java9. These limits are displayed within each market or game interface. java9 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players or markets at any time and without prior notice, particularly in circumstances where irregular betting patterns are detected.

7.4 Voided Bets

java9 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds or under conditions resulting from a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed failure. Where bets are voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance. No further compensation is payable in respect of voided bets.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on java9 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Operating more than one Account, or allowing another person to operate your Account.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using the Platform to launder money.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or game glitches for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward java9 staff or other players via any platform channel.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made to java9.

9. Responsible Gaming

java9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a method of resolving financial difficulties. java9 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on the java9 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of java9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of java9.

The java9 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to java9. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any java9 trademark, trade name, or brand asset for any purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, java9 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, system downtime, third-party payment processor failures, or interruptions to live betting markets during sporting events.

java9's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or Platform use shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits java9's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Privacy and Data

java9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at java9.io/privacy-policy. By creating an Account on java9, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. java9 does not sell personal player data to third-party marketing organisations. Personal data is used solely for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.

13. Termination and Suspension

13.1 Termination by java9

java9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: these Terms have been breached; prohibited conduct has occurred; the Account poses a regulatory, reputational, or security risk; or where required by applicable law or a competent authority. In such cases, java9 will, where lawful, return legitimate real-money balances to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC and AML checks.

13.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your java9 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via an approved withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and wagering requirement checks. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of Account closure will be forfeited.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which java9 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact java9 customer support and allow a period of 30 days for the parties to reach an amicable resolution before pursuing any formal legal remedy.

java9's decision on any matter relating to bet settlement, bonus disputes, account status, or Platform rules is final at the operational level, subject only to formal legal challenge in a court of competent jurisdiction.
